Had a boss stay, la! The staff were dead friendly, especially Khulud from reception, who sorted me out with everything I needed. Room was clean and comfy. Only downside was the lift could be a bit slow during peak times. a sound choice for Makkah!

Request a higher floor for a better view and to avoid lift congestion during busy times.

The Triple Room was comfy, especially for the price! It was clean and decent enough for a solo traveler. I liked that it was just a short walk to the Haram, making it super convenient. they don’t provide an iron in the room, which was a bit annoying. the shower was pretty close to the roof, so watch out if you’re tall! For what I paid, though, it was solid value.

The Quadruple Room was cozy and well-maintained, with brilliant air conditioning that made our stay very comfortable. The beds were soft, and the movable bedside tables offered flexibility, allowing us to create extra space for family meals. The housekeeping staff were efficient, ensuring everything was neat and tidy each day.
Elevator wait times can be long during peak hours.

The reception staff, especially Khulud, was very helpful during my stay. I enjoyed excellent service from housekeepers like Mr Sohag, who provided fantastic local insights. It's conveniently located near shopping areas, with easy access to the Haram. I had a fantastic two-night stay in a Twin Room. 🌟

The location is fab—just a breezy walk to the Haram! Plus, the room had a lovely view that made mornings more bearable. The staff were genuinely helpful, which was quite refreshing when you need something sorted quickly.
The lift was slow enough to make you reconsider your life choices! And the rooms? Let’s just say, they’re cosier than a sardine can.

Exceptional Service and Cozy Stay
I had a fantastic three-night stay in a Twin Room, with a stunning view of the clock tower. The hotel lobby always smelled amazing, reflecting their commitment to cleanliness. I was particularly impressed by how the staff, like Khulud at reception and Mr Sohag from housekeeping, went out of their way to assist with local insights and luggage before my night flight. I wish the lift could have been quicker during busy hours, but overall, it was an excellent experience.
